This will in most cases be the fastest way to get information or solve common issues.

To help the support team provide you with a helpful answer, please include as much information as possible in the "description" field: describe exactly what you are trying to achieve or find out, what you have already tried, if there is some technical problem tell them how long it's happening and when it started, what device model you're using, your Sygic app version, etc.
