How to contact our Customer Care/Support Team
Thank you for visiting your support center and for your interest in contacting our Customer Care.
Please note: Our support team currently handles requests in English, Slovak and Spanish. Other languages can be supported via a translation tool.
Our support page is full of "How to ..." guides and general troubleshooting guides that help with most known issues that you would probably be asked to do by our support team to help you. Furthermore, our interactive guides in troubleshooting articles will usually provide a list of information that we need from you to resolve any issues you may experience with our app, when submitting a ticket.
Our Video guides section is, unfortunately, not up-to-date at this moment. Please refer to our official digital manuals / user guides if you would like to know how to use our apps.
If you do not find the answer to your questions, or you just want to contact support directly, you can simply contact our support by clicking on the blue "Submit a request" button directly in the article concerning your request. Please provide as much information as possible for a faster resolution of your request.
In case you are in a hurry and really need to get in touch with Sygic customer support as soon as possible, you can do so by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. This e-mail is only for urgent cases, which means that you cannot run the application at all, or if it is completely non-functional. In that case, describe to us exactly what the problem is and provide information about your device and the installed Sygic application as well:
- Your device code from the Sygic application Menu → Settings → Information → About
- The model of your device
- Version of the Operating System of this device
