How to install Sygic GPS Truck & Caravan Navigation

Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation is available for download from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on supported devices.

 

Installation the app

  1. Open the Google Play Store or Apple App Store on your device.

  2. Search for Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation.

  3. Tap Install or Get and complete the installation.

 

After installation

After installation, complete the initial setup by following the on-screen instructions. The setup includes map download, vehicle profile configuration, product activation or trial selection, and required app permissions.

To complete the initial setup after installation:

  1. Open Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation and follow the on-screen instructions. 
  2. Select your preferred storage location (Android only) and activate your product or start a free trial. 
  3. Download your maps and configure your vehicle profile. 
  4. Accept the End User License Agreement and grant the required permissions.

Once these steps are completed, the app is ready to use.

Can I change the storage location after setup?

The storage location is selected during the first launch setup. If you need to change it later, reinstall the app and complete the first launch setup again, where you can select internal storage or an SD card.

Are maps downloaded during installation?

No. Maps are not downloaded during installation and must be downloaded separately within the app before you can start navigating.

Can I try Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation for free?

Yes. Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation includes a 7-day free trial, allowing you to explore Premium features before making a purchase. The trial starts when you first install the app and ends automatically after 7 days.

Why does the Google Play Store or App Store show my device as incompatible?
