Although Sygic uses map data from some of the best map data providers available, map errors can occasionally occur. Roads change, businesses open and close, speed limits are updated, and new locations appear every day. User feedback helps us identify and correct these issues, improving map quality and navigation accuracy in future updates.

Update the app
Make sure you are using the latest version of Sygic GPS Navigation. App updates can include bug fixes, performance improvements, and navigation-related improvements.
You can update the app through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

Update your maps
Make sure all maps needed for your route are downloaded and up to date, including maps between your start point, destination, and any waypoints.

In some cases, the reported issue may already be resolved in the latest app version or map update.
How to report a map error
To help us investigate the issue, please provide:
The exact location of the issue, ideally GPS coordinates.
For road segment-related issues, provide the GPS coordinates of the beginning and end of the affected section.
A clear description of the problem, including how the information should be corrected.
The more information you provide, the easier it is for us and our map data providers to verify and resolve the issue.
Finding the location in the Sygic GPS Navigation
If you know where the issue is located on the map, you can easily share the location details:
Open Sygic GPS Navigation.
Find the affected location on the map.
Tap the location.
Pull up the Location Details screen from the bottom of the screen.
Take a screenshot that includes the location information and GPS coordinates.
Including a screenshot helps us identify the reported issue more accurately.
What happens after submitting a report?
Once we receive your report, we review the information and forward verified issues to our map data providers when necessary.
In most cases, reported map errors are corrected within one or two months and appear in a future map update. If the next map update you install does not include the correction, it may have been scheduled for a later update cycle.
