I cannot install Sygic
The installation is always free for everyone, users who already made some purchase for the app can activate it after the free installation completes. Like most other apps for Android or iOS, Sygic GPS Navigation can be downloaded and installed from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Under certain circumstances, it may happen that you cannot install the app - the Store app may show an error message, or show your device as incompatible due to an issue. The interactive guide below will help you clear most such known issues that can be resolved.
Restart the device
Please turn the device OFF and ON again. This so called "power-cycling" helps us counter various errors or problems.
Fix problems with Google Play Services (Android) - you can skip by pressing "No" if you have an iOS device.

Check available storage space
Make sure that you have enough storage space for the download of the app. If you have just enough space, please note that the app download will space. We recommend having at least 1 GB of storage available prior to installing the app.
Please, free up some storage space in case you have less than 1 GB of storage available.

For Android devices, please refer to our official user guide (Please open the link into a new tab). Some devices are not supported, some may not meet minimum system requirements. Please make sure your device meets the hardware requirements in the link above.
For iOS devices, please refer to this user guide
If your device doesn't meet minimum system requirements, or runs on a custom Operating system or otherwise unsupported Hardware or Software, we don't guarantee the app will work on that device.
Sign in to App Store (iOS) - you can skip by pressing "No" if you have an Android device.
If a blue account button appears at the top of the App Store, you might not be signed in. Tap it and sign in with your Apple ID.
Check your payment method (iOS) - you can skip by pressing "No" if you have an Android device.
You might need to have a payment method on file, even if the app that you want to download is free. Check and update the payment method.
