The Home location provides a quick way to start navigation to a frequently used destination without having to search for the address each time. Once your home address has been saved, it becomes available directly from the navigation menu and can be selected with a single tap.
Before using this feature, you need to configure your home location. The address can be set using any of the methods described in Selecting a point, such as searching for an address, selecting a point from the map, choosing a favorite location, or entering GPS coordinates. If a GPS signal is available, you can also set your current location as Home.
The saved Home location remains available until it is changed or removed. This makes it useful for quickly planning return journeys or navigating to the same location on a regular basis.
To use the saved location, select Menu → Navigate to… → Home. The selected location will be displayed on the map and the action menu will open, allowing you to start navigation or use the location in another way, depending on your current route planning.
