Paid products for Sygic GPS Navigation can be purchased either online via Sygic web or directly in the app using Google Play (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS).

Important: Premium Lifetime licenses are no longer available for purchase.

 

Purchase via Sygic web

You can purchase subscriptions and add‑ons directly from the Sygic web.

  1. Open the Sygic web

  2. Select the product or plan you want

  3. Complete the purchase while signed in to your Sygic account

The purchase will be linked to your Sygic account.

Some features are available as add‑ons. You may need to scroll down on the web page to the “Add‑ons” section to find them.

 

Purchase in the app

You can also buy directly in the Sygic app via the Sygic Store.

Android (Google Play) - the purchase is linked to your Google account

  1. Open the Sygic app

  2. Go to Menu → Sygic Store

  3. Select the product or subscription

  4. Complete the purchase

iOS (Apple App Store) - the purchase is linked to your Apple ID

  1. Open the Sygic app

  2. Go to Menu → Sygic Store

  3. Select the product or subscription

  4. Complete the purchase

Important information about offers and discounts

  • All offers are time‑limited and may expire without prior notice.
  • Discounts received via email campaigns are valid only on the Sygic web.
  • These discounts cannot be applied to purchases made directly in the app (Google Play or Apple App Store).

What payment methods are supported?

Sygic products can be purchased using:

  • Payment cards 

  • Google Pay 

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal 

  • Google Play (Android in‑app purchase)

  • Apple App Store (iOS in‑app purchase)

Will I be charged automatically for subscriptions?

Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically using the same payment method used during purchase, unless canceled before the renewal date.

Can I still buy a lifetime license?

No, lifetime licenses are no longer sold.

Where is my purchase stored?

  • Sygic web purchase → linked to your Sygic account

  • Google Play purchase → linked to your Google account

  • App Store purchase → linked to your Apple ID

Can I manage or cancel my subscription?

Yes. The cancellation method depends on where the purchase was made:

  • Sygic web purchase → Sygic account 

  • Google Play purchase → Google Play

  • App Store purchase → Apple App Store

Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.

Are Sygic offers time‑limited?

Yes, all offers and promotions are time‑limited. Once expired, the discounted price may no longer be available.

Can I use an email discount in the app?

No. Discounts received via email are valid only on the Sygic web and cannot be used for in‑app purchases.

Why is the price different in the app compared to the email offer?

Prices and discounts may differ because email promotions apply only to purchases made on the Sygic web, while in‑app purchases follow Apple App Store / Google Play pricing and conditions.
