Log in to your Sygic account
Most purchases are linked to your Sygic account and activate automatically after login.
Open the Sygic GPS Navigation app
Tap Menu (☰)
Go to Profile (Sign up) in the top of the screen
Select "Already have an account? Log in" at the bottom of the screen
Log in using the same method you used during purchase (email and password or social login)
If you originally signed up using a social login (such as Google, Apple, or Facebook), make sure to use the same login option again, not email and password.
Once signed in, all eligible licenses are automatically activated on your device.
Restore purchases
This method is used mainly when you switch to a new device, or reinstall the app.
Purchases made directly in the app (via Google Play or Apple App Store) are activated automatically at the time of purchase. The Restore option is only needed later if the purchase does not appear.
Open the Sygic GPS Navigation app
Go to Menu (☰) → Sygic Store
Continue based on your device:
Android: Tap Activate license → Restore Google Play
iOS: Tap Restore/Manage purchases → Restore
Make sure you are logged in to the same Google Play or Apple ID account used during purchase, otherwise the restore will fail.
Activate using a product code (older purchases, Android only)
Open the app
Go to Menu (☰) → Sygic Store
Select Activate product code
Enter your code
How to Verify Activation
To confirm that your features are active go to Menu (☰) → Sygic Store → "All your licenses" (Android) / "Restore/Manage purchases" (iOS).
If your product is listed there, it has been successfully activated and is ready to use.
Important Notes
Purchases are always tied to the account used during purchase
Using a different account will prevent activation
Some licenses are limited to a specific platform (Android or iOS)
FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
Do I need to activate my purchase manually after buying it?
It depends on where you made the purchase.
In‑app purchases (Google Play / App Store) are activated automatically.
Purchases made via the Sygic web require activation by signing in to your Sygic account.
When should I use the Restore option?
The Restore option applies only to in‑app purchases (Google Play / App Store).
It is not applicable for purchases made via the Sygic website.
Use Restore purchases only when:
you installed the app on a new device
you reinstalled the app
your purchase is missing
Can I activate my purchase on multiple devices?
Yes, you can activate your purchase on multiple devices by signing in with the same account.
Most GPS Navigation products can be activated on up to 3 devices
Traffic license can be activated on 1 device only
Some licenses may also be limited to a specific platform (Android or iOS)
Why is my purchase not activated?
Most activation issues occur when you are logged in with a different account than the one used during purchase. Make sure to sign in using the correct login method (email or the same social login).
Another possible reason is that the product has been activated on too many devices. Most GPS Navigation products can be used on up to 3 devices at the same time. If this limit is exceeded, the product may become deactivated on one of the devices.
I have a product code but cannot find the activation option
Product code activation is available only on Android and only for older purchases.
If you switched to iOS, this option is not available, as product codes were never supported on iOS devices.
Can I transfer my license between Android and iOS?
This depends on the product type:
Premium+ and Motorbike Mode → can be transferred between platforms (by signing in)
Lifetime licenses → cannot be transferred between Android and iOS
I used Google / Apple / Facebook to sign in. What should I do?
You must use the same login method you used during purchase. If you originally signed in using a social login, do not switch to email login, as your purchases will not be recognized.
Can I use a product code to activate Premium+ or Motorbike Mode?
No. Product codes are no longer issued and cannot be used for newer products like Premium+ or Motorbike Mode.
Why does Restore not work?
Restore will fail if:
you are signed in to a different Google Play or Apple ID account
the purchase was made under another account
there is no eligible purchase linked to your store account
How do I know if my product is activated?
Go to: Menu (☰) → Sygic Store → "All your licenses" (Android) / "Restore/Manage purchases" (iOS).
If your product is listed there, it is activated.
Why is my Premium+ subscription not activated in the Truck & Caravan app?
Premium+ subscription is intended for use in the Sygic GPS Navigation app only.
It does not activate features in the Sygic Truck & Caravan app, as these are separate products with different licensing.
