What is Premium+?
Premium+ is a subscription for Sygic GPS Navigation that unlocks premium features and live services for as long as the subscription is active.
Currently offered as a 3‑month or yearly subscription, transferable between platforms Android and iOS when activated with the same Sygic account.
How can I get Premium+?
You can subscribe to Premium+ in these ways:
- Purchase via the Sygic web (the subscription is linked to your Sygic account).
- In-App Purchase in Sygic GPS Navigation, billed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store (subscription is linked to your Google or Apple account).
How do I activate Premium+ after purchase?
How you activate Premium+ depends on how you purchased it. Premium+ is not activated with a product code.
If you purchased via Sygic web
- Open Sygic GPS Navigation on your device.
- Go to Menu (☰).
- Tap Profile (Sign up) at the top of the screen.
- Tap Already have an account? Log in at the bottom of the screen.
- Log in using the same Sygic account you used during purchase:
- Email and password, or
- Facebook, Google, or Apple sign-in.
Note: Apple sign-in is not available on Android.
If you purchased via In-App Purchase (Google Play Store / Apple App Store)
If you purchase the Premium+ through the Google Play Store / Apple App Store, product is activated automatically right after the purchase is completed.
How to verify activation
- Android: Go to Menu (☰) → Sygic Store → All your licenses
- iOS: Go to Menu (☰) → Sygic Store → Restore/manage purchases
If Premium+ appears there, it has been successfully activated.

Difference between a subscription and a lifetime license
A license is a one-time purchase that grants permanent access to a product or service, typically for the features included at the time of purchase.
A subscription is an ongoing payment plan that provides access to a product or service for a defined period of time - usually billed monthly or annually - and access continues only while payments remain active.

Difference between a Premium+ subscription and a Premium lifetime license
Premium+ and a Premium Lifetime license are not the same product.
Premium+ is a subscription - premium features and live services are available only while your subscription is active.
Premium Lifetime is a one-time purchase: it gives you ongoing access to the Premium features that were included at the time of purchase, without a time limit.
Platform availability differs: a Premium Lifetime license can’t be transferred between Android and iOS, while Premium+ can be activated on both platforms by signing in to the same Sygic account.
Can I still use Sygic GPS Navigation offline?
Yes. Sygic GPS Navigation works offline because the maps are stored on your device, so search, route planning, and navigation can run without an internet connection.
An internet connection is only needed for selected live features, such as real-time traffic, fuel prices, route sharing, mobile speed camera warnings, or parking information.
How often do maps update with Premium+?
Premium+ includes monthly map updates (12 updates per year).
These updates are usually released during the second week of the month. If there are technical reasons for a delay, the update may be released later - by the end of the month.
Is there a monthly plan for Premium+?
No. Premium+ is not available as a monthly subscription. It’s currently offered as a 3‑month or yearly plan.
In the Sygic web, you may see an estimated “per month” price - this is only a breakdown of the total cost for easier comparison, not a monthly billing option.
Can I cancel Premium+ anytime?
Yes – you can cancel the subscription anytime. Cancellation depends on where you subscribed (Sygic account, Google Play Store, or Apple App Store).
After you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and it won’t renew for the next period - so you won’t be charged again unless you subscribe again.
Important note:
Uninstalling the application or deleting your account will not cancel your subscription.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
Yes. If you choose the subscription-based model, it renews automatically at the end of each subscription period and you will be charged for the next period unless you cancel before the renewal.
How do I stop renewal?
Unsubscribe in the same place where you purchased it:
• If you bought it directly from Sygic web, cancel it on the Sygic account.
• If you bought it in-app via a third party (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), cancel it through that third party.
I canceled/uninstalled the app - why does my subscription still show active?
Uninstalling the app (or deleting your account) does not cancel your subscription, so it may still appear as active and may still renew automatically until you cancel it through the place where you purchased it.

• If you bought it in-app via a third party (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), cancel it through that third party.
How many devices can I use Premium+ on?
You can use one Premium+ subscription on up to 3 devices at the same time. If you activate it on a fourth device, it will automatically be deactivated on the device that was activated first.
On which platforms is Premium+ available?
Premium+ is available on both Android and iOS. It can be activated on either platform by signing in with the same Sygic account.
How can I restore Premium+ after reinstalling the app or switching phones?
If you purchased via the Sygic web, install the app and log in using the same Sygic account used for the purchase.
If you purchased via Google Play Store/Apple App Store, make sure you are signed in with the same Google/Apple account, then go to Menu (☰) → Sygic Store → Continue based on your device:
- Android: Tap Activate license → Restore Google Play
- iOS: Tap Restore/Manage purchases → Restore
I did not receive a product code.
Not every purchase includes a product code. Most Sygic products are linked to your email address or store account (Google Play / Apple App Store) and are activated by signing in to the app or restoring your purchase.
Where can I find my product code?
Product codes were only provided for older Android purchases. If your purchase is recent, you will not receive a product code - it is not required for activation.
I need a product code to activate my product.
Product codes are no longer issued and are not required for activation.
New products, including Premium+ and Motorbike Mode, cannot be activated using a product code and are instead activated by signing in to your Sygic account or restoring your purchase.
