Account deletion is permanent
Once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered or reactivated.
Paid products may be affected
If your account had an active license or subscription, deleting the account can result in losing access to those purchases.
Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions
If you have an active subscription, it must be canceled separately through the store or provider where it was purchased (for example, Apple App Store or Google Play).
We can’t restore a deleted account
Unfortunately, our support team does not have a dedicated account restore function that would allow us to recover an accidentally deleted account. For security and data protection reasons, deleted accounts cannot be reactivated.
What you can do
Although the original account cannot be restored, we can attempt to help you regain access to eligible paid products by linking them to a newly created account. This depends on the type of purchase and the purchase information available.
Please follow these steps:
Create a new Sygic account using a different email address (not the one that was deleted) at: https://accounts.sygic.com/sign-up
Log in to the Sygic app using your new account.

Your new Sygic account email address (do not share your password).
Proof of purchase (invoice).
Please note that each case is reviewed individually, and while we will do our best to assist you, restoring access to purchases after an account deletion cannot be guaranteed.
