I cannot install Sygic

Trouble installing Sygic GPS Navigation? Find quick steps to resolve download and install problems on Android and iPhone.

Installing Sygic GPS Navigation is free. Sygic can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store.

If you cannot install Sygic, follow the steps below

  1. Restart your device and try the installation again.

  2. Check free space – the app needs about 300 MB, but 1 GB free is recommended.

  3. Check compatibility – Sygic works on Android 8.0+ and iOS 15+. Some modified or unsupported devices may not work.

  4. Check your internet connection – try switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data.

  5. Update your device to the latest available system version.

For Android:

  • Reopen Google Play Store

  • Check date and time settings

  • Clear Google Play Store cache/data if needed

For iPhone/iPad:

  • Make sure you are signed in to the App Store
