Crashing or freezing

If you experience any instability while using the Sygic app, please check how many other apps you have running at the same time, and consider closing any that you do not need.
Pressing the Back button on your device for a few seconds will display an overview of all currently running apps. You may select any of the apps by centering on it and then press the "X" icon to close it.

The next step you can try is to restart your device. If instability of the Sygic app continues to be an issue, but you can still open Sygic, then please go to Menu -> Settings -> General tab, and select the option "Reset to defaults".

As a last option, you can reinstall the entire application:

  1. Find Sygic in the list of apps.
  2. Press and hold over Sygic to display additional options.
  3. Select Remove to uninstall Sygic from your device.
  4. Restart your device.
  5. Download and install Sygic back from Windows Store.
