The Regional settings section allows you to customize how information is displayed throughout the application. Here you can select your preferred language and voice guidance, choose distance and temperature units, configure the time format, and adjust other regional preferences to match your needs.
Application voice
Choose the voice used for navigation instructions.
Standard voices are pre-recorded human voices that provide natural-sounding guidance and must be downloaded before use.
TTS (Text-to-Speech) voices use your device's speech engine and can read additional information such as street names, depending on the available voice and device capabilities.
Application language
Select the language used throughout the application's user interface. Multiple languages are available.
Keyboard layout
This option was available on older devices and is no longer supported on newer devices.
Distance units
Choose the units used for distance measurements and navigation guidance:
Kilometers
Miles with feet
Miles with yards
Time format
Choose whether time is displayed in 24-hour or 12-hour (AM/PM) format.
Temperature
Choose whether temperatures are displayed in °C or °F.
GPS coordinate format
Select the format used when displaying GPS coordinates:
- Degree coordinates - coordinates displayed as decimal degrees (e.g. 48.1486, 17.1077)
- Minute coordinates - coordinates displayed as degrees and decimal minutes (e.g. N48° 08.916′ E017° 06.462′)
- Second coordinates - coordinates displayed as degrees, minutes, and seconds (e.g. N48° 08′ 55″ E017° 06′ 28″)
