The SOS / Help menu provides quick access to emergency assistance and important nearby services when travelling. It is designed to help you quickly find support in unexpected situations and easily navigate to the nearest relevant location.
The screen displays your current location, an emergency call option, and several categories of nearby points of interest:
Police
Hospital
Petrol Station
Pharmacy
Select any category to view the three nearest locations of that type. You can then select a location and start navigation to it immediately.
Emergency call
If immediate assistance is required, tap the red emergency button. The application will ask for confirmation before initiating a call.
When using this feature for the first time, you may be asked to grant the app permission to make phone calls. Once permission is granted, your device's default phone application will open with the emergency number already filled in. Simply tap Call to place the call.
