Welcome to Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation, a GPS navigation app designed for truck, van, bus, and caravan drivers. This guide will help you get started with the app, understand basic requirements, and learn about device compatibility.
The app provides route guidance, detailed maps, route planning tools, and navigation features designed for larger vehicles.
Some features and additional services are subject to a fee and require the purchase of a licence. You can find the current offer in the official e-shop.
Compatibility and requirements
Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation is supported on smartphones and tablets that meet the following requirements:
Android 5.0 or later.
- iOS 15 or later (from version 26.1.9), iOS 11.2 (older versions)
At least 100 MB of free storage for the application, plus additional space for maps.
A built-in GPS module.
Access to Google Play or the Apple App Store.
An internet connection to download the application and maps.
Once maps are downloaded, an internet connection is not required for navigation. However, optional online services such as Real-time Traffic Information and Speed Cameras require an active internet connection.
Unsupported devices
The following device types are not supported:
Android car stereos.
Devices without access to Google Play or the Apple App Store.
Devices running custom operating systems, such as Android custom ROMs or jailbroken iOS devices.
Devices running Android versions earlier than 5.0 or iOS versions earlier than 11.2.
Using the app on unsupported devices is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee proper functionality or provide support. We recommend using only compatible devices to access all features.
