- Open Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation on your device.
- Go to Menu → Sign In.
- Enter your Sygic account email address and password.
Web purchase with Google, Apple, or Facebook sign-in
The Sygic account website supports sign-in with Google, Apple, and Facebook. However, these sign-in methods are not available in Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation, which supports only Sygic accounts created with an email address and password.
If you purchased a product on the Sygic website while signed in with Google, Apple, or Facebook, it will not be possible to activate the product in the app. In this case, please contact Sygic Customer Support for assistance. Our team can help identify your purchase and provide guidance on how to access your license in Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation using a Sygic account created with an email address and password.
