We would like to inform you about recent changes to our Premium+ subscription for Sygic GPS Navigation offering and free trial availability.
What's changing for new users?
Starting now, new users will no longer have an automatic 7-day free trial when launching the Sygic GPS Navigation app for the first time.
After installation, the app will open directly in Basic, or free state. This is the same service that users previously had after their 7-day trial ended without purchasing a subscription.
New Premium+ Subscription Options
The following Premium+ plans are now available for the Sygic GPS Navigation app:
Premium+ 3-Month Plan
- No free trial included
Premium+ Annual Plan (Immediate Payment)
- Pay for the subscription immediately and enjoy a discounted price for the first year.
- The first-year price may vary depending on current promotions.
Premium+ Annual Plan with 3-Day Free Trial
- Includes a 3-day free trial.
- Subscription payment is charged automatically, once the trial period ends.
- This option is available only in the Sygic GPS Navigation app.
Web Store Availability
The Premium+ annual plan with a 3-day free trial is currently not available in our online store. The existing offer and purchasing process on the e-shop remain unchanged.
Which option is right for you?
You can choose from three alternatives:
- Pay immediately and get the best available first-year price with the annual Premium+ plan.
- Try Premium+ for 3 days for free and then continue with an annual subscription.
- Choose the 3-month Premium+ plan if you prefer a shorter commitment.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why don't I see a 7-day trial anymore?
The automatic 7-day trial is no longer offered to new users. Instead, users can choose between paid subscription plans or an optional 3-day trial available with the annual Premium+ subscription.
When will I be charged after activating the 3-day trial?
The payment is processed automatically after the trial expires, unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial period ends.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes. If you cancel the subscription before the end of the 3-day trial period, you will not be charged for the annual subscription.
Why is the annual plan with trial more expensive than the discounted annual plan?
The annual plan paid immediately may include promotional pricing for the first year. The annual plan with a 3-day trial always converts to the full annual price after the trial ends.
Note: If you start a trial subscription, make sure to review your subscription settings before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue with the paid plan.
