Can’t find your purchase in your Sygic Account? Learn why only web purchases appear there and where to find App Store or Google Play purchases.
If you can’t see your purchase after signing in to your Sygic Account, the reason usually depends on where the purchase was made and which account you are signed in to.
If you purchased a license or subscription through the Sygic web, it should appear in your Sygic account purchase history after you sign in to the same account used for the purchase.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the purchase will not appear in your Sygic account. In that case, you need to check the purchase history of your Apple Account or Google Account instead.
Purchases made on the Sygic web
If you purchased directly through the Sygic web, your purchase should be visible in your Sygic account purchase history.
To see it, make sure you are signed in to the same Sygic account that was used during checkout.

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
If you purchased your license or subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the purchase will not be listed in your Sygic Account.
In order to find these purchases, check the purchase history of the store account used during the purchase:
Apple App Store purchases → Apple account purchase history
Google Play Store purchases → Google account purchase history
You may be signed in to a different account
If your purchase was made on the Sygic web but you still cannot see it, you may be signed in to a different account than the one used during checkout.
This can happen if you used:
a different email address
another Sygic Account
a different sign-in method
In this case, the purchase will not appear because it is linked to a different account.
