If you log in to your Sygic account using a social login (Google, Facebook, or Apple), you are using a third‑party sign‑in service. This means you don’t need to create or remember a separate Sygic password - authentication is handled by the selected provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple).
 

How social login works

Social Login uses a third‑party provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple) to verify your identity. Your login credentials are handled by the provider - not by Sygic.

 

How to Log in

1. To access your Sygic account in the app

  1. Open Sygic GPS Navigation on your device.

  2. Go to Menu (☰).

  3. Tap Profile (Sign up) at the top of the screen.

  4. Tap Already have an account? Log in at the bottom of the screen.

  5. Tap on Google/Apple/Facebook option at the bottom of the screen.

2. To access your Sygic account on the web

  1. Go to: https://accounts.sygic.com/sign-in

  2. Select your login method:

    • Login with Facebook

    • Sign in with Google

    • Sign in with Apple

  3. Complete the sign-in process

Always use the same social login provider you used when creating your account.

 

Common Issues and Solutions

I can’t log in

  • Make sure you’re using the correct provider (Google, Facebook, or Apple)

  • Try logging in through the browser or app again

I forgot my password

If you use social login you do not have a Sygic password.

I accidentally used a different login method

If you sign in using a different method than the one you originally used (for example, Email instead of Google), you may not see the same account content, such as purchases, subscriptions, or saved data.

To access your purchases and data, sign in using the same social login option you used originally (Google, Facebook, or Apple).

My purchases are missing

This usually happens when you are not signed in using the same login method you used when you purchased the product (for example, you used Google before, but now you signed in with Email or Apple).

Solution

  • Log out of Sygic

  • Log back in using the original sign-in option you used at the time of purchase (Google, Facebook, or Apple)

 

Security and Privacy

Sygic does not store your social login passwords. Authentication is handled securely by:

  • Google

  • Facebook

  • Apple

Depending on your provider and privacy settings, your email address may not be shared with Sygic.
