Resetting Your Password
Open the password reset page Reset password
Enter the email address associated with your Sygic account.
Submit the form.
You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder and any filtered tabs (for example Promotions).Open the email, click the reset link, and create a new password.
After the password is changed, sign in to your Sygic account using your new credentials.
Once the password has been successfully changed, you can log in to your Sygic account using your new credentials.
When Password Reset Is Not Possible
Password reset works only if you already have a registered Sygic account.
If you see a message that no account is registered with your email address, it usually means one of the following:
The email address has never been used to create a Sygic account.
The account linked to that email was deleted.
The account was created using a social login method (for example, Sign in with Apple/Google/Facebook), so there may be no password to reset. In this case, sign in using the same social login method you originally used.
Note:
If you used Sign in with Apple, your account may be linked to a private relay email address (for example, ending with @privaterelay.appleid.com). In that case, use Sign in with Apple to access the account.
