Do not enter an unsuitable road
If you notice that the suggested road is unsafe or unsuitable for your vehicle, do not continue along that road. Always follow the actual road signs, restrictions, and current road conditions.
The app will recalculate the route after you continue in a different direction. You can also stop the current route and calculate it again.
Prevent the app from using the road
If the app repeatedly suggests an unsuitable road, you can exclude the affected section from route calculation using Always Avoid. For detailed instructions, see How to avoid a specific road or route section in Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation article.
Report an incorrect route
You can report an unsuitable or incorrect route directly from the app after the route has been calculated:
Tap the route summary button.
Select Report routing.
Choose the option that best describes the problem.
Tap Send.
Available report types include:
Long detour
Not suitable roads
Many small roads
Other problem
Submitting a routing report helps identify situations where the calculated route uses unsuitable roads or does not provide an appropriate route for the configured vehicle.
