Sygic Truck & Caravan Navigation calculates routes using road network and restriction data provided by third-party map suppliers. The calculated route is based on the information available in these map data at the time of route calculation.
If a route includes a road that is not suitable for your vehicle, the reason is typically related to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information in the underlying map data used for route calculation.
What to do if a calculated road is not suitable?
If you encounter a road that is unsuitable for your vehicle, follow these steps:
1. Do not enter the road
If the suggested road is restricted or otherwise unsuitable for your vehicle, do not continue along that road. Always follow traffic signs, vehicle restrictions, and local regulations.
2. Let the app recalculate the route
Continue along a suitable road and the app will automatically calculate an alternative route based on your current position.
3. Prevent the road from being used again
If the same road is suggested repeatedly, you can exclude it from future route calculations using the Always Avoid feature.

You can also submit a routing report directly from the app to help us review and improve routing data. Routing reports allow you to report roads that may be unsuitable for your vehicle or other routing-related issues.

Never enter a road if you are uncertain whether your vehicle can pass safely. If you need to leave the suggested route, you can rely on the app to automatically recalculate a new route based on your current position and the available map data.
