Sygic not launching, crashing, freezes

First of all, we're sorry that you experience this kind of behavior in the app.

Below is a quick interactive guide to help you troubleshoot this kind of issue. Simply respond "Yes" or "No" whilst performing these various steps to properly troubleshoot it:

1. Try to force close the Sygic app.

a) On an iPhone X or later or an iPad with iOS 12, from the
Home screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause slightly in the middle of the screen.
On an iPhone 8 or earlier, double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.

b) Swipe up on the Sygic app's preview to close the app.

2. Turn your device off and then on again.

This is to ensure that the crash is not caused by some random or minor system error.

3. Please perform a full application reinstall.

In case the previous steps did not help, please try to reinstall the app (don't forget to back up your files using iCloud in Sygic menu → Settings → Cloud service ).
