How to restore previous purchases or Transfer purchases to a new device?

If you already purchased a license or product, or any other paid add-on for Sygic GPS Navigation on iOS platform before and want to restore these purchases, please follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the menu → Sygic Store
  2. Scroll down and tap on Restore/Manage your purchases.
  3. Click on Restore button and type in your Apple ID and password when requested.

Your previous purchases will be restored afterwards. Please note that if you changed your Apple ID, or are using a different Apple ID than was used to complete the in-app purchase, the restore will fail. Please use the Apple ID used to complete the purchase.
