Cannot hear the voice instructions

The most common issue is, that no voice pack is chosen in the settings of the app.

  1. Please open the Sygic Car Navigation app and select any desired Standard, or Advanced TTS voice via Menu -> Settings -> Regional -> Voice.
  2. Make sure your voice instructions are enabled via Menu -> Settings > Sound and notification -> Voice instructions.
  3. Check, if the voice is not muted in Menu -> Settings > Sound and notification -> Enable sounds.
  4. In case still no voice instructions are given, please try to select other Standard/Advanced TTS voice via Menu -> Settings -> Regional
