How can I contact Sygic if I can’t find an answer or solution online?

This will in most cases be the fastest way to get information or solve common issues.
Our support team will gladly assist with further questions you may have or offer more assistance with issues, but their reply times will vary based on how many other messages they received. You can contact them by clicking on "Submit a request" below and filling out the form.
To help the support team provide you with a precise answer, please include as much information as possible in the "description" field: describe exactly what you are trying to achieve or find out, what you have already tried, if there is some technical problem tell them how long it's happening and when it started, etc.
