Do I need a product code, and where can I get it?
Using a product code is only one of the options for activating your purchased license, so you will not always need it. Most licenses can also be activated by logging in to the Sygic app.
If you know your license had a product code but it was lost or forgotten, you can use the following page to request it:

Make sure to enter the same email, which you have used while making the purchase.
Your license does not have a product code if:
- you subscribed to Premium+
- the purchase was paid with the Google Play payment method
- the purchased license was an add-on feature (Dashcam, Head-Up Display, Real View, Cockpit)
- the purchased license was the Monthly Map Updates, or the Mobile Speed Cameras upgrade
- the purchase was made on another mobile platform (Apple iOS, or Windows Phone)
